How to update your Apple Watch Series 3 to the latest WatchOS system

However, have no fear, we’ve created the following step by step guide which should help you get your Apple Watch Series 3 completely up to date!

Step 1

Firstly, you’ll need to unpair your Apple Watch Series 3 from your phone and then reset your watch to factory settings. Apple have provided some guidance on how to do this which you can view by clicking here.

Step 2

Now that you have reset your Apple Watch Series 3 to its factory settings, you now have enough memory to update your watch. Pair the watch back with your iPhone then tap ‘My Watch’ on your iPhone, then tap ‘General’ and finally ‘Software Update’. Tap ‘Download’ and then ‘Install’.

Step 3

Once the update is downloaded and installed, you can now use your Apple Watch Series 3 watch using the latest WatchOS system.
